Completing their tutorials makes it easier for you to manually clean the lens and mirror and repair the Xbox on your own. After cleaning the lens and the mirror, you would have to adjust the potentiometer on the laser, and replace it with the new one which you purchased from the DVD drive manufacturer itself.
